Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at Embassy Suites was a bit of a mix. The room was nice, but I had to change rooms because the first one was so dirty. Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready when I arrived at 8 pm. The service, however, was excellent with quality and friendly accommodating staff who were on top of everything. The location was convenient, being right in the middle of town, but there were some cleanliness issues with a staff member having a cold. The dining experience was delightful with some fun cooks at Agave Lounge, and the facilities were good overall.
The hotel rooms were quiet and comfortable, especially with the front room being closest to the door and the bedroom towards the back, featuring a nice little snack bar for the children's enjoyment during our stays. However, the cleanliness was lacking, and the room felt small and mediocre. I was puzzled by the premium room status online as it didn't meet expectations due to the stripped amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which was great for me, but as an older guest, I found them a bit uncomfortable due to my age. On the positive side, the rooms were large and cozy. However, there were some drawbacks related to the pricing and value for money aspects. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, although I wish there were more affordable options. The location had its highs and lows, with some issues about parking fees but showing improvements in table organization. Despite these, the staff, particularly Lilli from housekeeping, stood out for their politeness and efforts to rectify any inconveniences encountered during my stay.
